Developed from the reinterpretation of vinification of autochthonous and international varieties from our vine fields. Ruby red in colour, the aroma of red fruits, such as Marasca cherry and raspberry, is palpable on the nose. A fresh and well-balanced flavour.
Sangiovese, Merlot, Cabernet and autochthonous grape varieties are present in a density ranging from 4000 to 5000 plants per hectare. They are trained according to the spurred cordon method and yield approximately 10 tons of grapes per hectare.
Fermentation in steel at controlled temperature, partly aged in steel and partly in cement, resulting in mild micro-oxygenation.
Delicious served with local charcuterie, pasta and ragout as well as grilled red meat. Perfect served with Umbrian porchetta.
