Developed as a blend of Italian and international white grape varieties, bright straw yellow in colour. White flowers and pineapple aromas are perceptible on the nose. A fresh and well-balanced flavour with a good persistence in the mouth.
Trebbiano Spoletino, Grechetto, Chardonnay and Pinot Grigio vine fields are grown according to the guyot method at densities ranging from 3000 to 5000 plants per hectare, with a production yield of approximately 10 tons./ha.
Grapes are hand picked, left to chill in a cell for 24 hours and then cryomacerated. After being lightly pressed, grapes are fermented at low temperatures in steel barrels.
Aged in the bottle for around a month.
Ideal served as an aperitif, an elegant accompaniment for pasta dishes, risottos, white meat, fish and seafood dishes, vegetable soups, fresh cheeses as well as traditional Umbrian charcuterie products.
